SHIPPING POLICY

US Orders

We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $100. At checkout, you can choose from economy, standard, or two-day shipping options. Please be aware that all orders require a processing time of 3-5 business days before they are shipped. This processing time is separate from the transit time for delivery. Our office is open Monday through Friday.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs processing, which can sometimes result in extended delays. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific timeframes for this process. Please note that customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable local duties, taxes, or fees.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopevoquer.com and we’ll make it right.
